Alucast is the Aluminium Casters’ Association of India. Alucast, as a part of its Capability Building interventions for its members, has multiple Training Programs organised for its members.
Our Co-Founder & Director, Uday Sankar Yerramilli has been invited to address the Alucast members on the topic “Managing & Sustaining Growth in Turbulent Times”.
Uday spoke about the broad need for Growth for businesses, the VUCA world, challenges and opportunities it poses for businesses, and how businesses can have a proactive approach in place to grow in turbulent times, manage growth and sustain it thereafter. He also addressed on the need for a structured Change Management approach to help organisations in Sustaining Growth and talked about a working framework to Manage Growth and Change together.
