The Mandate was to lead their Transformation Program and bring-in Professionalism, Growth, Operational Performance, Business Reliability and Governance to set the stage for the IPO

The mandate was executed over a duration of 18 months. A hard-nosed result-oriented approach focusing on the vital few was adopted to deliver results over a short time-frame.

  • Delivered a complete Operational & Financial Turnaround of two large business clusters supplying to International OEMs and restored their confidence leading to Business Growth
  • Institutionalised ‘Financial Discipline’ through a structured set of interventions including a robust Cost Restructuring Program, a Monthly MIS and timely reporting mechanism for Financial & Operational Performance
  • Structural re-organization to drive Synergy across business clusters & the Corporate functions. Established the Corporate as an Efficient, Facilitating, & Controlling arm within the organization.
  • Defined the Transformation 2.0 Roadmap and aligned all stakeholders to embark on the journey.
  • Incubated an R&D and Technology Centre with focus on Low Cost Innovations in Manufacturing Processes
  • Repositioned the organization with governance, professionalism and customer centricity at the core including Rebranding in the run-up to the IPO.
