Mandate

The Client had commissioned a new Project to expand their manufacturing capacities and wanted support in managing the Capital Procurement for specific precision machinery.

The scope included technology assessment, identifying the right supplier and managing the entire Capital Procurement Process right up to Installation & commissioning.

Outcomes Delivered

The entire order included 40+ machines worth a total of ~ USD 6 Mn.

Suppliers across the globe were considered and finally, a European Supplier was zeroed.

The entire order was executed from three geographies of the Supplier – Europe, China & India.
